Ruby Wedding Anniversary Cake - Hearts
This is a special cake to celebrate 40 years of marriage - ruby wedding anniversary. The cake and board are covered in sugar paste. A message can be chosen for the top of the cake which can be in classic or italic letters. For a more superior finish the letters on this cake are made from sugar paste.
This can also be produced for a silver, pearl, gold or diamond wedding anniversary. If this cake is to celebrate a pearl wedding anniversary - 30 years of marriage - the sugar paste on the cake will be pale blue and the letters, hearts and ribbon will be an ivory/ pearl colour.
